Access Requests: Overview

Access Requests allow Application Administrators to request the creation of a new enterprise user by submitting an email or username. The request is routed to an Enterprise Administrator for approval; once approved, the user is provisioned and can be assigned roles in the application.

Process

  1. Application Admin opens Access Requests in the app.
  2. Enter the new user's email or username and submit.
  3. Enterprise Admin reviews and Approves or Declines.
  4. On approval, a new Enterprise User is created; assign roles in the app.

Tip: Use Access Requests to keep corporate identity governance separate from local site administration.
