Verify The Device Gateway Version

This guide details the steps of identifying the Application Version of an installed FUUZ Device Gateway, and the steps to locate the latest version available.

Instructions

Option A

1. Open the Device Gateway application installed on the local machine.

2. Look for one of two screens to appear.

   1. Select the Help menu from the login screen.

   2. Select the About option from the Help menu to display the current version.

      
      

      Version Overlay

   3. Locate the Gear icon from the sidebar menu. If it is present, the Device Gateway is logged in.

      

       

Option B

Open the Fuuz app.

Select Fuuz → System → Internet of Things → Device Gateways dropdown menu.

Or

Type Device into the Search Bar:

Locate the Device Gateway in the table and look for the Application Version Column:

 

Identifying the Latest Available Version

Open the Fuuz app.

Select Fuuz → System → Internet of Things → Fuuz Apps dropdown menu.

Or

Type Fuuz into the Search Bar:

Expand the application to view the latest releases for each application in the Version column.

Additional Info

The following errors (shown below) in the Device Gateway Logs indicate the gateway may be disconnecting.
