System Menu - Sub Tab "Users"

This is where you manage users at the Tenant Level only

Leading practice is to manage users at the tenant level here including individual roles/setting values for a single tenant

  1. Users
  2. Email Address / User Name
    1. This is clickable - to manage each user

Managing a User - Tenant Level

  1. Main user detail tab
  2. Roles Tab
    1. Assign / Un-assign roles to this user (for this tenant)
  3. Setting Values
    1. User specific system settings - for this tenant only

Role Management (User - Tenant)

Managing roles here for a single user, for a single tenant

  1. Click Add
  2. Select the Role
  3. Add or Cancel

User Setting Values - Tenant

This is an area where an admin can modify user specific settings - for this Tenant

The Users can generally update these setting themselves

  1. Click Add
  2. Pick the Setting
  3. Click Add

After Setting is selected, depending on the setting you maybe prompted for the value to set.

This is user specific, for this single tenant

  1. Click Setting
  2. Set Value
  3. Add / Cancel

You can add/manage multiple user specific settings
