System Menu - Sub Tab "Screens"

What’s a Screen?

The Screens table provides you a high level, system wide overview of all the screens your team is using, the ones you’ve created or have be installed by a particular application.

Each Screen has its own “route” which provides the path to get to the screen for an end user. These paths will be discussed in another page, but they allow you to build very easy to navigate menu structures.

  1. Screen Sub Menu Option
  2. Name of the Screen, hyperlink to edit details
  3. Active State of the Screen
  4. Description of the Screen, this is user definable
  5. Current Version of the Screen in use
  6. Routes, each screen can potentially have more than 1 route associated to it
  7. Versions, multiple versions can exist, particularly in a Build environment
  8. Deployments, each version deployment is tracked for auditing purposes
