This article provides the steps and resources to support the task of installing and using the MFGx/Fuuz Browser Extension.
The MFGx/Fuuz Browser Extension makes it possible integrate any website with Fuuz.
Install the MFGx/Fuuz Browser Extension, located: here.
Click the jigsaw puzzle icon (top, right) to open the Google Chrome extensions menu.
Locate the Fuuz Google Chrome Extension (it may be listed as the MFGx Browser Extension).
Click the pin or thumbtack icon, next to the extension, to pin the extension to Chrome’s extension bar.
Verify the extension is in the extension bar (example shown).
It is possible to remotely install and manage the configuration of logging in (email, API key, and subdomain).
The configuration is done through GPO policies.

If a user's credentials are set by GPO, the Log Out button is not available.
Click the icon to display the login screen.
Type the Email.
Type in the Password.
Type in the Subdomain.
The Subdomain is the left-most portion of the URL when logging into Fuuz online (example shown).
It is possible to use an API key instead of using a password.
Select the checkbox for the Use API Key option.
When logging in, it may be necessary to refresh the browser page.
To prevent any loss of work on a document or data flow, always save before clicking REFRESH NOW.
After logging in, it is possible to select a tenant.
The example image shows Tenant screen.
Choose to use it on either the WEBSITE or the WEBPAGE.
In the example, the WEBSITE option is selected.
It may be necessary to refresh the browser page to continue.
To prevent any loss of work on a document or data flow, always save before clicking REFRESH NOW.
Locate the slide-out menu (left edge).
Click this slide-out menu to access Fuuz.
For users with access to edit a configuration through Access Control Policies, it is possible to add new action buttons in the slide-out menu.
Click the white gear icon.
When the white gear icon changes to a red gear icon, editing mode is enabled.
Select the Add new option.
Wait for the window to open.
The default action type is Webhook.
Click the + icon to add additional parameters.
It is possible to select a different Type.
Select the Type dropdown menu
Select the relevant type of action button to add.
Locate the two checkboxes, which appear with each type of action button:
Run on page load
Floating
Select the Run on page load to run the action button the page loads.
Select Floating to create a floating window, which can be dragged around the active window, resized, and used.
The example image shows a floating Visualization action.
Fill the action button with the required attributes and options.
Click the SAVE button (bottom, right of the slide-out menu).
Wait for the confirmation message to appear (bottom of the screen).
It is possible to update an existing action button by clicking on it in the slide-out menu, and clicking the SAVE icon again.
Click the red gear icon.
When the red gear icon changes to a white gear icon, editing mode is disabled.
Click on a saved action button to activate the action.
In the example, the action is the Webhook, which was created previously.
Wait for a confirmation message to show the action was successful.
