Recovering Your Fuuz Account

If you’ve forgotten your password or your administrator isn’t available, you can use the Recover Account feature to regain access to Fuuz quickly and securely. Here’s how:


Step 1: Click “Recover Account”

On the Fuuz login page, click the Recover Account link below the login form.


Step 2: Verify Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your Fuuz account and click Initiate Recovery.


Step 3: Check Your Inbox

You’ll receive a password reset email within a few minutes.
⚠️ Important: The reset link is only valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, you’ll need to restart the recovery process.


Look for an email from:
mail@[yourdomain].fuuz.app
Make sure this address isn’t blocked by your spam filters or IT security settings.


Step 5: Create a New Password

Click the link in the email to open the password reset page.

  • Enter your new password following your enterprise’s password policy.
  • Confirm the password by entering it again.
  • Click Change Password.

You’ll be redirected to the login page where you can now sign in with your new credentials.
