Recover Account Overview

If you’ve forgotten your password or your administrator isn’t available, you can use the Recover Account feature to regain access to Fuuz quickly and securely.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Step 1: Click “Recover Account”
   On the Fuuz login page, click the Recover Account link below the login form.
2. Step 2: Verify Your Email
   Enter the email address associated with your Fuuz account and click Initiate Recovery.
   
   
3. Step 3: Check Your Inbox
   
   You’ll receive a password reset email within a few minutes.
   
   Important: The reset link is only valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, restart the recovery process. 
4. Step 4: Find the Reset Link
   Look for an email from: mail@[yourdomain].fuuz.app
   Ensure this address isn’t blocked by spam filters or IT security settings.
   
   
5. Step 5: Create a New Password
   
   Click the link in the email to open the password reset page.
   
   • Enter your new password following your enterprise’s password policy.
   • Confirm the password by entering it again.
   • Click Change Password.

Additional Security Tips

• Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for added protection.
• Do not reuse old passwords; follow complexity guidelines.
• Log out after completing your session, especially on shared devices.
