Logging into Fuuz – Cloud Access

Logging into Fuuz – Cloud Access

Getting Started

Before you can begin using the Fuuz Platform, you’ll need to log in. If you’ve already reviewed the topics on Enterprises and Tenants, you’re ready for the next step—accessing your Fuuz environment.

Login Instructions

  1. Open Your Enterprise URL
Use the unique Enterprise URL provided to you (usually shared by your administrator). Enter it into your preferred browser (e.g., Chrome).

  2. Enter Your Credentials

    • Username: This is your email address.
    • Password: Your password must meet Fuuz’s security requirements (e.g., a mix of characters, numbers, and symbols). Passwords expire periodically for security.
  3. Click “Log In”
Once your email and password are entered, click the Log In button to access the platform.

  4. Forgot Your Password?
Click Recover Account to begin the password recovery process. This will guide you through authentication steps to reset your password securely.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you're having trouble logging in, try the following:

  • Check Your Email Address
Make sure your email is entered correctly. If you're unsure, check your inbox for the “Welcome to Fuuz” email or contact your system administrator to confirm your user setup.

  • Verify Your Password
Passwords are unique to each user. If you use a password manager (like LastPass), ensure it’s up to date. If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), follow your organization’s login process.

  • Use the “Recover Account” Option
If you’ve tried all known passwords and still can’t log in, click Recover Account on the login page. This allows you to reset your password without needing admin assistance.

Still Need Help?

If you’ve exhausted the steps above and still can’t access your account:

  • Contact your Fuuz Administrator
They can reset your password and help verify your user setup. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be prompted to create a new password.
