How to Import Data to Fuuz

In this video we cover the method used to import mass amounts of data into Fuuz. Generally this will be best practice when you're initially setting up your application for the first time, doing your mass data migration using this tool is the preferred, and also, the simplest method to accomplish the task.

Note: The customer is always responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their data, garbage in...garbage out.

We cover things like how to retrieve the data import templates. How to understand data types (boolean, string, ID), and how to determine which fields are required by your Fuuz application or not.

Remember to always look for the 'help' features throughout the platform, even in this case, you'll see how just hovering your mouse over provides an extreme amount of detail about the information that is required by your application.

Caution: Mixing Excel and CSV when saving your data uploads, can lead to data errors - some formatting could be lost when converting from Excel to CSV and vice versa which could cause you to either import inaccurate data, or it may just cause the upload to fail all together.
