1. Overview

The Fuuz Bootcamp Program is a structured training program delivered monthly at the Fuuz Training Lab in Rochester Hills, Michigan. This article is the definitive reference for the 2026 cohort schedule, seat availability, and enrollment process.

The program consists of two courses designed to serve different audiences and objectives:

  • Fuuz Foundations Bootcamp 101 — A 1-day course held on Monday of each cohort week. Open to all participants — both technical and non-technical. Provides a comprehensive orientation to the Fuuz platform: architecture, tenant structure, accelerators, industry standards, and an overview of the four platform pillars. Virtual attendance is available for participants attending 101 only.
  • Fuuz Developer Bootcamp 201 — A 3-day course held Tuesday through Thursday (ending at 2:00 p.m. Thursday) of each cohort week. Developer-focused and technical in nature. Participants build a fully functional Lite-WMS application using real hardware and the four platform pillars. In-person attendance at Fuuz headquarters is required for the 201.

The two courses are scheduled consecutively within the same cohort week, allowing technical participants pursuing the Fuuz Certified Developer credential to complete both courses — Monday through Thursday — in a single trip to Rochester Hills.

For a full description of each course's curriculum, prerequisites, and participant guidance, see the companion articles:

Important: Cohort seats fill on a first-come, first-served basis. In-person seats for the 201 are capped at 8 participants per cohort. Early enrollment is strongly recommended. Contact sales@fuuz.com to check current availability and reserve your seat.

2. Certification Path

Each course completed earns a Fuuz Completion Certificate for that course. The full Fuuz Certified Developer credential requires:

  1. Completion of the Fuuz Foundations Bootcamp 101
  2. Completion of the Fuuz Developer Bootcamp 201
  3. Completion of the Fuuz Developer Bootcamp 301
  4. Submission and approval of a formal Capstone Project

No developer certification is issued until all three courses and the capstone project have been completed. Completion certificates for individual courses are issued upon attendance.

Training Venue

  • Fuuz Training Lab: Located at Fuuz headquarters in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Purpose-built for hands-on platform training and equipped with dual-monitor workstations, Zebra industrial label printers, handheld barcode scanners, label stock, and mobile devices. Participants are provided with coffee, snacks, and lunch each day.
  • Fuuz Training Tenant: A dedicated Fuuz platform environment pre-configured for bootcamp use. 201 participants build their applications within this tenant over the course of the three developer days.

4. Use Cases

  • Non-Technical Stakeholder — 101 Only (Virtual): A manufacturing operations manager or project sponsor attends the 101 virtually to build a solid understanding of Fuuz platform architecture, accelerators, and how implementations are structured — without traveling to Michigan. They leave with the context needed to participate meaningfully in sprint reviews, UAT sessions, and vendor conversations.
  • Technical Participant — Full Week (In-Person): A Solution Engineer or implementation partner developer attends both the 101 on Monday and the 201 Tuesday–Thursday, completing both courses in one week on-site. They leave with a platform overview AND hands-on development skills, ready to contribute to customer implementations.
  • Individual Enrollment — Specific Cohort: A prospective participant identifies a cohort date that aligns with their schedule, contacts sales@fuuz.com to confirm availability, and reserves their seat on the appropriate track (101 only or 201).
  • Team Enrollment — Staggered Cohorts: An organization enrolls team members across consecutive monthly cohorts so that early graduates can support and coach colleagues attending later sessions, multiplying the organization's learning velocity.
  • Team Enrollment — Same Cohort: A small technical team of up to 8 enrolls together in the same cohort week, collaborating on lab exercises and arriving at their first customer project with shared context and vocabulary.
  • Private Cohort Request: An implementation partner with a group of new developers requests a dedicated private bootcamp rather than placing individuals in public cohorts, ensuring delivery timing aligned with their onboarding schedule.
  • Certification Planning: A Director of Operations plans their team's training roadmap for the year, using the full 2026 cohort calendar to sequence 101, 201, and future 301 enrollments in alignment with hiring and project timelines.
  • Post-201 — Next Steps: A participant who has completed both the 101 and 201 contacts sales@fuuz.com to inquire about 301 enrollment and the capstone project process.

6. Enrollment & Logistics

How to Enroll

All enrollment inquiries should be directed to sales@fuuz.com. When reaching out, include the following to expedite the process:

  • Preferred cohort date(s)
  • Number of participants
  • Track: 101 only (virtual or in-person) or full 201 track (in-person required)
  • Organization name and your relationship to Fuuz (customer, partner, internal team member)
  • Any relevant context about your team's background or goals

Attending 101 Only

Participants enrolling in the Fuuz Foundations Bootcamp 101 only may attend either in-person at the Fuuz Training Lab or virtually via video conference. Virtual participants receive dedicated instructor support through screen sharing and direct chat throughout the session. Virtual 101 participants will not have access to physical lab hardware; all 101 content — architecture, accelerators, industry standards, and platform pillar overviews — is fully accessible remotely. In-person attendance is still encouraged for participants who can make the trip, as it facilitates richer interaction with instructors and other cohort members.

Attending the Full 201 Track

Participants enrolling in the Fuuz Developer Bootcamp 201 must attend the full cohort week in-person at the Fuuz Training Lab in Rochester Hills, Michigan. This includes Monday (101) and Tuesday through Thursday (201). The hands-on, hardware-integrated nature of the 201 — including real Zebra printers, barcode scanners, and mobile devices — makes in-person participation essential. Remote attendance is not available for the 201. Fuuz provides a dual-monitor workstation, all lab hardware, training materials, and meals each day. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation; the Fuuz team can provide local hotel recommendations upon request.

Private Cohorts

Organizations enrolling multiple participants may benefit from scheduling a dedicated private cohort rather than placing individuals in separate public sessions. Private cohorts can be held at the Fuuz Training Lab or, in some cases, on-site at the customer's or partner's facility. Contact sales@fuuz.com to discuss availability, requirements, and logistics.

8. Enrollment FAQs

Question Answer
What is the difference between the 101 and 201? The 101 is a 1-day orientation to the Fuuz platform designed for all participants — technical and non-technical alike. The 201 is a 3-day hands-on developer course for technical participants who will be building Fuuz solutions. Technical participants pursuing certification attend both in the same cohort week (Mon–Thu).
Can non-technical participants attend the 201? The 201 is designed for technical participants (Solution Engineers, developers, IT engineers) and moves quickly through hands-on application development. Non-technical participants are encouraged to attend the 101, which is designed specifically to give business and operations stakeholders the platform context they need without requiring a development background.
Can I attend the 101 virtually? Yes. Participants enrolling in the 101 only may attend virtually via video conference with dedicated instructor support. All 101 content is accessible remotely. In-person attendance is encouraged but not required for 101-only participants.
Is remote attendance available for the 201? No. The 201 requires in-person attendance at the Fuuz Training Lab in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The hands-on, hardware-integrated nature of the course — including Zebra printers, barcode scanners, and mobile devices — cannot be replicated remotely.
How do I reserve a seat? Contact sales@fuuz.com with your preferred cohort date, the number of participants, and whether you are enrolling in the 101 only or the full 201 track. The Fuuz team will confirm availability and guide you through next steps.
How many seats are available per cohort? The 201 is capped at 8 in-person participants per cohort. Virtual seats for 101-only participants are available in limited quantity. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
What certification do I earn? Each course completed earns a Fuuz Completion Certificate for that course. The full Fuuz Certified Developer credential requires completing the 101, 201, and 301 courses plus submission of a formal Capstone Project. No developer certification is issued until all three courses and the capstone are complete.
Can we book the entire cohort for our team? Yes. Organizations wishing to reserve all seats in a public cohort or schedule a dedicated private cohort should contact sales@fuuz.com to discuss options and availability.
What if my preferred cohort is full? Contact sales@fuuz.com to join the waitlist or identify the next available cohort with open seats. Waitlisted participants are notified if a seat becomes available.
Is the bootcamp available outside of Rochester Hills? Public cohorts are held exclusively at the Fuuz Training Lab in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Private cohorts hosted at a customer's or partner's facility may be available depending on logistics and equipment requirements. Contact sales@fuuz.com for details.
Will December 2026 cohorts be added? No December cohort is currently scheduled. Organizations needing a session in December should contact sales@fuuz.com to discuss a private cohort or to be notified if additional public cohorts are added.
When will 2027 cohort dates be published? 2027 cohort dates will be published in this article as they are confirmed. Contact sales@fuuz.com to be notified when the 2027 schedule is released.
