Enterprise Users

Enterprise Users

Open the Fuuz app.

Select Fuuz → System → Access Control → Enterprise Users dropdown menu.

Or

Type Enterprise into the Search Bar:

From here, it is possible to perform the following task or tasks.

  1. Search for an enterprise user.
  2. Create an enterprise user.
  3. Edit an enterprise user.
  4. Activate/Deactivate an enterprise user.

Create an Enterprise User

To create an enterprise user, click on the plus icon which will open the form to provide the details for the user like

  1. Email
  2. Active
  3. First Name
  4. Middle Name
  5. Last Name
  6. Phone Number
  7. Identity Provider - used to authenticate the user to the system
  8. Home Tenant
  9. Policy Groups and Policies - The kind of policy to provider the user for the selected home tenant.
  10. Access Expires At
  11. Access Expires After Days of Inactivity

If both Access Expires At and Access Expires In(Days) are provided, the access would expire at whichever value occurs first.

 


Edit the Enterprise User

To edit the enterprise user, click the email field of the user you want to edit which will open the form with the settings on the Details tab

  1. Button with lock icon can be used to change the user’s password.
  2. Button with toggle icon can be used to activate/deactivate the user.
  3. Details tab shows the information given about the user during creation. Fields that can be edited are
    1. First Name
    2. Middle Name
    3. Last Name
    4. Phone Number
    5. Enterprise Admin: This option can be used to make any user an admin.
    6. Access Expires At: Click on the calendar icon to select the date and time at which the user’s access needs to expire.
    7. Access Expires In(Days): this option is used to provide the number of days in which the user’s access needs to expire.
    8. Home Tenant: A different home tenant can be picked for the list in the dropdown.
  4. History panel shows when the Enterprise User has been created, updated and by whom. Also shows its Last Authenticated At timestamp.

Tenants tab shows the list of tenants the enterprise user has access to.

  1. Click the button with '+' icon to give user access to another tenant.
  2. Tenant access for the user can be activated/deactivated using the button with toggle icon
  3. Select the ID of the user tenant to edit or view details. More information can be here: Getting started with UserTenant
Identity Providers tab shows the provider the User belongs to and also be able to edit the provider. User can also be initialized using the button with person icon. More information can be found here: Identity Providers

Authentication Events tab shows the authentication logs for the actions performed by the user. These logs can not be added, deleted or edited manually. They can only be searched using the filters on the top panel.
